The Bangladesh Human Rights Foundation (BHRF) is overseen by a Board of Trustees, who bear responsibility for formulating and implementing the Foundation’s policies and procedures. Additionally, the Foundation has an Advisory Board, whose role involves providing guidance and counsel. The Board of Trustees actively seeks and considers the advice offered by the Advisory Board in its decision-making processes.
বাংলাদেশ হিউম্যান রাইটস ফাউন্ডেশন-বিএইচআরএফ ট্রাস্টিবোর্ড দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়। ফাউন্ডেশনের নীতি ও কার্যপ্রনালীর বিষয় ট্রাস্টি সদস্যগণ দায়বদ্ধ থাকেন। বাংলাদেশ হিউম্যান রাইটস ফাউন্ডেশন এর এডভাইজারী বোর্ড রয়েছে। ট্রাস্টিবোর্ড এডভাইজারী বোর্ড এর পরামর্শ গ্রহণ করে থাকেন।
