As a human rights organisation, BHRF works to improve interaction between law enforcement agencies, the police and the general public. Every member of the organisation has taken a vow to spread legal education among the poor and needy people among the social activities and to extend the hand of legal aid to those who are unable to get legal aid and justice.

আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থা, পুলিশ ও সাধারণ জনগনের মধ্যে আন্তঃক্রিয়ার উন্নয়ন সাধনে কাজ করছে মানবাধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। সামাজিক কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে দরিদ্র ও অসহায় জনগনের মধ্যে আইনী শিক্ষার বিস্তার করা এবং যারা আইনী সহায়তা ও ন্যায় বিচার প্রাপ্তি ক্ষেত্রে অক্ষম তাদের জন্য আইনী সহায়তার হাত প্রসারিত করাকে ব্রত হিসেবে নিয়েছে সংগঠেনের প্রতিটি সদস্য।
